You are not able to access your computer because of a corrupted Windows installation, or because of a hardware problem (other than your hard drive).

2nd Degree
Your hard drive is dying, but we at Trumper Computing are able to recover your data using our expertise and specialist tools.

Don't install your Recovery Disks just yet...
 
 
 
All too often we hear from clients telling us they have been told to load the Recovery Disks that were supplied with their computer.... and then lost everything.
More often than not, these disks are designed to overwrite your hard drive and take your computer back to its original manufacturer settings. All changes, files or programs will be lost.
If you have nothing to save (because you have a regular and tested backup plan in place!), then proceed, but if you want to save your data, contact Trumper Computing Limited and request a 1st Degree Recovery.
